- FOR FREEZING - Place dry ice on top of the items to be frozen. If freezing meat, do
not allow direct contact between it and the dry ice as freezer burn may occur.
- FOR COOLING - Place dry ice in the
bottom of a cooler, cover with regular ice or insulating material, and then place food, cans, etc. on top.
- FOR SPECIAL
EFFECTS - Use gloves to place small amounts of dry ice in hot water for fog. Use approximately 10 pounds per hour.
